Data collecting

We collected data from various sources to gain a complete picture of user interactions with the website. We utilized tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to monitor traffic and user behaviors, which allowed us to identify key areas needing improvement.

Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data

We conducted a detailed analysis of quantitative data collected using Hotjar, focusing on heatmaps and scroll analysis. We identified which sections of the pages attract the most user attention and where the most frequent exit points from the site occur.

Benchmarking

Projekt obejmował stworzenie spójnej, ale zróżnicowanej obecności online dla trzech wyjątkowych konceptów Luca w Danii: Pizzeria Luca, Trattoria Luca i Luca Piccolo. Każda z tych restauracji ma swój unikalny charakter, menu i wystrój wnętrz. Naszym wyzwaniem było połączenie ich pod jednym, silnym brandem, jednocześnie zachowując indywidualność każdego lokalu.

Heuristic analysis

We conducted a thorough analysis of key user paths, such as product filtering, viewing product details, and the checkout process. We applied heuristic analysis methodology to identify elements that may pose barriers for users and hinder conversion.

Detailed Report

As a result of our research, a detailed report consisting of approximately 40 pages was created. It contains the detailed results of the analysis, heat maps, identification of key issues, and recommendations for improving UX. The report served as the foundation for the next stage of the project, which was a complete redesign of the store.
