Scope of the audit

The UX audit was conducted for the PESPORT online store, specializing in sports equipment for amateurs and those starting their journey in sports. The goal of the audit was to identify key improvements in user experience that would better support their needs and enhance satisfaction with their purchases.

Data collecting

During the audit, we gathered data from various analytical tools, including Google Analytics and Hotjar, to understand user behaviors on the site. This allowed us to identify key interaction points that influence their positive and negative experiences while using the website.

Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data.

We conducted a quantitative analysis using Hotjar’s features, such as heatmaps and scroll analysis. Our goal was to understand which sections of the site are the most engaging and where users encounter difficulties, allowing us to suggest specific improvements in content presentation and navigation.

Heuristic analysis

Projekt obejmował stworzenie spójnej, ale zróżnicowanej obecności online dla trzech wyjątkowych konceptów Luca w Danii: Pizzeria Luca, Trattoria Luca i Luca Piccolo. Każda z tych restauracji ma swój unikalny charakter, menu i wystrój wnętrz. Naszym wyzwaniem było połączenie ich pod jednym, silnym brandem, jednocześnie zachowując indywidualność każdego lokalu.

Heuristic analysis

During the heuristic analysis, we focused on key aspects of the user journey, such as product browsing, category navigation, and checkout finalization in the cart. We identified elements that could be barriers to usability and proposed specific improvements to enhance the fluidity of the purchasing process.

Detailed Report

The results of the audit were compiled into a detailed report of approximately 20 pages. The report included key findings, heat maps, and specific recommendations for improvements. The document was used during Product Workshops, where we conducted user story mapping and created personas, allowing for precise alignment of the store’s functionalities with user needs.
