Project scope

Nasz zespół otrzymał zadanie zaprojektowania i opracowania platformy sprzedażowej opartej na WordPress dla jednej z największych polskich firm szkoleniowych. Proces obejmował kilka etapów, w tym projektowanie szkiców, projektowanie i interaktywnych prototypów w Figma, projektowanie produktu z wiodąca stroną generowania leadów, systemem projektowym oraz rozwojem w WordPress.

Main functionalities

The main advantage of the application is the ability to transport users directly to the court, where they can participate in lessons prepared by the best players in the world without leaving their homes.

Search engine

We created an advanced training search engine that not only allows for efficient searching and filtering of available courses but also integrates directly with the client’s database. This ensures a seamless transition from course selection to purchase, providing users with an intuitive and hassle-free experience.

Our dedicated solution simplifies access to a wide range of training programs, personalizing the search process based on individual preferences and needs, making it a tool that is not only functional but also exceptionally user-friendly.

Purchase Form (+ Integration with CRM API)

We created a dedicated purchase form that is closely integrated with the client’s system. This project element aims to streamline the process of placing orders for training services. With this solution, clients can easily and intuitively provide all the necessary information for order fulfillment. Integration with the CRM system ensures that the data entered by the client is automatically transmitted to the appropriate departments within the company, significantly speeding up order processing and minimizing the risk of errors.

The implementation of the dedicated purchase form significantly improves the user experience, making it easier for clients to place orders and access the offered courses.

Courses Subpages

Each subpage contains comprehensive information about a specific training course, including its description, objectives, and benefits for participants, as well as available dates and locations.

Users can download the training plan in PDF format from these pages, allowing them to review its structure and content in detail before making a purchase decision. There is also a feature to select a specific training variant, enabling users to tailor the offering to their individual needs and expectations.

Design system

An integrated set of principles and tools allows for the rapid and efficient creation of new interface elements while maintaining the visual and functional consistency of the entire service. This not only saves time and resources in the project’s development process but also guarantees end users a cohesive and intuitive experience at various stages of interaction with the service.

The introduction of the Design System was crucial for maintaining high quality and scalability of the project, enabling easy adaptation and development of the service in the future without risking the loss of aesthetic or functional consistency.

Mobile version

The entire structure of our project, including the training search engine, purchase form, and dedicated training subpages, has been optimized for responsiveness (Responsive Web Design, RWD). This ensures that users can seamlessly access the solutions on various devices, from desktop computers and laptops to smartphones and tablets.
